UPCOMING LOCAL EVENT: Coping with Vision Loss

The Taustine Eye Center would like to pass along an upcoming local event that might be of interest to a small number of our patients. Despite the many miracles of modern ophthalmology, for a few vision loss is still unavoidable. The Museum of the American Printing House for the Blind is hosting a program that focuses on vision loss and how to prepare when you're losing your vision. The discussion will take place on September 29th from 1-3pm at the museum.

Those who are diagnosed with vision loss have to deal with a wide range of emotions. The best way to handle the dianogisis is by being prepared and gaining knowledge. This discussion at the Museum of the American Printing House for the Blind will be very beneficial in helping you or a loved one deal with the impact of the diagnosis. The museum has a terrific panel on tap for the program.

Admission is free but registration is required. Please call 502-899-2213 or email kcarpenter@aph.org.
